At Anaile, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work quickly to correct the issue and make it right.
Returns
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
• Certain items (e.g. personal care products, intimate goods, sale items, or gift cards) cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and then place a new order for the replacement.
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
